Dear Lodge Members,
On behalf of the four of us involved in the recent roof collapse, and our families, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who donated and supported us following the accident.
What happened was something none of us expected, and the support we’ve received from our fellow workers and lodge members has meant more than words can express. Your kindness, generosity and solidarity have helped take some of the pressure off our families during a very difficult time.
Knowing we have the backing of our mates has been incredibly comforting. It reminds us that we are part of a lodge that genuinely looks after its own and that no one has to face hardship alone.
Thank you to every person for your donation, reached out, or simply kept us in your thoughts. We are truly grateful for everything you’ve done.
We look forward to getting back on our feet and, before too long, seeing you all in the showers again.
